Return and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation:

Cancellation is only eligible within 24 hours after placing the order. Any cancellation request after this period will not be accepted.

Note – In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit note ( wallet amount ). This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for a specified period.

2. Refund Timeline:

No refund will be approved until the timeline or the delay update is breached. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow some time for the transaction to reflect in your account.

3. Return Options:

We offer two options for returns: exchange and credit notes ( Wallet Amount ). Refunds are not provided; instead, you will receive a credit note that can be used for future purchases on our website.

4. Exchange Shipping Charges and Processing Fee:

If you receive the correct size and product that you ordered and still wish to exchange or get a credit note (wallet amount), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and fro worth amount 360/- and a processing fee of 10% of the product value (the fee may vary based on your pin code and product weight).

5. Wrong or Damaged Product:

In case you have received the wrong or damaged product, please follow these steps:
Make a proper opening packaging video while opening the parcel showing the packet properly packed and the invoice clearly .
Share this video with us within 4 working hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
We will initiate the exchange within a week of receiving your video.
